Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide the best experience for all our guests and crew, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour: Full refund
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
Cancellations made under 24 hours or no-show: No refund

In the case of bad weather or marine conditions, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a full refund.

1. Booking & Payments

All tours must be booked at least 1 day in advance.
To confirm a reservation, a deposit may be required.
Full payment must be completed before departure.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, SINPE, PayPal, Zelle, and Bank Deposit.

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy

48+ hours before tour: Full refund
24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund
Under 24 hours or no-show: No refund
In case of severe weather or unsafe sea conditions, we will offer to reschedule or fully refund the booking.

3. Tour Inclusions

All tours include:

Licensed captain and experienced crew
Fuel, safety equipment, and insurance
Snorkeling gear and music system
Snacks, fruits, and lunch (varies by package)

Add-ons such as DJ, private chef, drone footage, photographer, and transportation must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must arrive on time to avoid reducing tour duration.
Alcohol is allowed in moderation; disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

5. Liability Waiver

All guests participate in tours at their own risk.
Pacific Paradise CR and its crew are not liable for injury, illness, or lost items during the experience.
By boarding the vessel, guests agree to comply with crew instructions and maritime safety rules.

6. Privacy & Media Use

We respect your privacy and only collect personal data for booking and communication.
Photos and videos taken by our crew or drone (if booked) may be used for marketing unless otherwise requested.
